Admixture retarder

Description

Retarding the cement setting, this material slows down the hydration process and decreases the internal temperature of the concrete. Thus, it is appropriate for warm weather and bulky concretes. As this retarder slows down the process of hydration in early hours, it can reduce the resistance to some extent which is natural. The concrete resistance increases while it is aging.

Dosage

The exact dosage is variable with regard to building materials, the type and amount of cement, the environment temperature, the sun shining intensity, and the intensity of wind blowing. However, a dosage between 0.1 to 0.5 % of the cement weight is recommended. As this product is sensitive, its weighing must be done carefully. Adding the excessive amount of this admixture could delay the setting for a couple of days and lead to severe reduction of early resistance.

How to use

Add the calculated amount of this admixture to the concrete which is being made and let the mixing process continue for 2 or 3 minutes.

Concrete powder accelerator (shotcrete powder)

Description

Shotcrete powder is an effective factor in this concrete mixture which quickens the immediate setting of the concrete and leads to premium resistance in the shortest time. This powder is sprayed by pump spray. Calcium, magnesium and the materials which regulate PH in this product bring about the setting in the cement.

Dosage

The exact dosage is specified with regard to building materials, the design requirements and concreting conditions determined by laboratory tests. However, a dosage between 3 to 5 % of the cement weight is recommended. In particular cases the dosage could be increased up to 7 percent.

How to use

Add the calculated amount of shotcrete powder to the cement, sand, and aggregate. Compress this mixture dynamically by air pressure in high speed, and then spray it on the surface.

Concrete Anti-freeze (Admix anti-freeze)

Description

This anti-freeze is a combination of mineral and Organic materials which quickens the process of hydration as soon as it enters the concrete (which is reason for increasing the internal heat of the concrete). So, by the time we reach the coldest time of the night, the hydration process has developed to some extent.

How to use

Specify the necessary amount of anti-freeze with regard to the coldest temperature of the environment using the above mentioned table and add it to the concrete being made along with water. If your concrete is ready-mixed, add the anti-freeze to the concrete through the terminal opening of the truck mixer and let the mixing process continue for about 5 minutes.

Retarder super silica gel NR 200

Description

This gel is a combination of concrete super-plasticizer based on modified Naphthalene formaldehyde and micro silica. Regarding the location of concreting, the dosage of retarder varies. This gel brings about appropriate consistency and more efficiency in addition to increasing concrete paste property and retards the cement setting time. Super silica gel is replacement alternative for powder super-plasticizer + micro silica and removes its technical problems. This gel is suitable for warm, dry and warm and dry areas. Also, it is appropriate for those areas in which the distance between the location of concrete making and concreting is too far.

How to Use

Add the specified amount of Super Silica Gel NR200 to the mixer while the concrete is being made and let the mixing process continue 2 or 3 minutes.

Since the reactions of this gel are done in water, avoid pouring it on dry materials. This gel could be added to ready-made concrete at the location of concreting. To do this, add the gel to the concrete from the terminal opening of truck mixer and let the truck mixer rotate for 90 turns.
