Description

Covering the surface of the concrete with a thin layer, this material prevents the quick evaporation and makes the concrete curing easier.

Spraying this non-toxic mineral polymer admixture on the concrete prevents the water evaporation of the concrete and causes the cement hydration with concrete water. This thin layer keeps the air moisture on the surface and avoids sun ray penetration. This thin layer ,after concrete curing, gradually mixes with cement mortar and makes calcium silicate which can harden the concrete to some extent.

Advantages

·        Increasing the concrete resistance and avoiding the quick cracking and drying of the concrete surface.

·        No need for watering the concrete and using protective covering like plastic, glass wool, or gunnysack.

·        Through avoiding surface evaporation, the hydration process can be done better.

Dosage

The curing dosage depends on sunshine intensity and wind blowing of the area. However, in a moderate climate each diluted kilo of curing covers a surface of 4 to 6 square meter.

How to use

First dilute the curing with water, that is 70% curing and 30% water.  Implement the curing on the surface of the fresh concrete with a brush or PISTOLE while there is still moisture on the concrete surface. If the concrete is already implemented or the surface of the concrete is dried, first saturate the concrete surface with water and then do the curing.
