Release Agent
Admix Cure
Admix Soluble

Description
To clean the dried concrete or the concrete that is stuck to concrete machinery and the concrete stuck on the façade of the buildings we use this product
Dosage
After dilution, apply it with a proportion of 2 or 4 times of the water.
How to use
Use rubber gloves to use this solvent. Rub it on the dried spots of the concrete with a soft brush to dissolve the concrete and clean the surface.
Specifications
Appearance: liquid
Color: light
Density: 1.06 ±0.02

1 year after production
Packaging and maintenance: in 20 and 220- liter containers
Safety points: use rubber gloves and if you touch it with your hands or eyes wash them with abundant cold water.

Covering the surface of the concrete with a thin layer, this material prevents the quick evaporation and makes the concrete curing easier.
Spraying this non-toxic mineral polymer admixture on the concrete prevents the water evaporation of the concrete and causes the cement hydration with concrete water. This thin layer keeps the air moisture on the surface and avoids sun ray penetration. This thin layer ,after concrete curing, gradually mixes with cement mortar and makes calcium silicate which can harden the concrete to some extent.
Advantages
· Increasing the concrete resistance and avoiding the quick cracking and drying of the concrete surface.
· No need for watering the concrete and using protective covering like plastic, glass wool, or gunnysack.
· Through avoiding surface evaporation, the hydration process can be done better.
Dosage
The curing dosage depends on sunshine intensity and wind blowing of the area. However, in a moderate climate each diluted kilo of curing covers a surface of 4 to 6 square meter.
How to use
First dilute the curing with water, that is 70% curing and 30% water. Implement the curing on the surface of the fresh concrete with a brush or PISTOLE while there is still moisture on the concrete surface. If the concrete is already implemented or the surface of the concrete is dried, first saturate the concrete surface with water and then do the curing.

This product contains no toxic materials, however if you touch it wash your body.

Description
This oil-based product is applicable for various types of metal, wooden, plastic, and fiberglass mold .As this release agent is not water-based it doesn’t result in mold rust. This oil, by making a thin layer between the concrete and mold make the detachment of concrete from mold easy. It has no negative effect on concrete and mold. After opening the mold the release agent removes quickly. The materials used in this product, due to having oil and soap in their content, make the concrete detachment from mold easier.
Advantages
· Easy detachment of the concrete from its mold without the need to mechanical hitting
· Timesaving and economical
· Smoothing the surface of the concrete
· Enduring the molds for having less depreciation
· No color change
Dosage
It depends on the type and surface of the mold. Insmooth metal containers, each liter of this agent can cover 6 up to 8 square meter.
How to use
First clean and dry the surface of the mold. Then, rub the agent on the surface using a brush.
